Gail brings to Geerling & Moss more than fourteen years of experience in development consulting and marketing across several countries in Central America and the Caribbean. From luxury resort communities in the Western Caribbean to an award-winning Spa and Wellness retreat on Nicaragua's Pacific Riviera, Gail has long had the ability to put systems and circumstances in place to make a project successful from the start – or to take existing projects to new heights.
For Gail, education and mentoring have always been an important component of success. Teaching foreigners how to bridge the cultural gap and make their business successful in the region is equally as important to Gail as teaching Central Americans how to work with foreign clients and investors. Geerling & Moss's Success program implements some of Gail's most valuable insights gleaned during her time in Central America.

Having traveled and worked extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and the Americas, Leanne is uniquely qualified to assess global marketing targets and objectives.
Her extensive experience in Sales and Marketing Consultancy over a range of markets and a number of years have helped Leanne develop some of Geerling & Moss's most innovative marketing strategies.
